Qingdao
Senior Citizen Apartment is located on the south slope of beautiful Fushan
Mountain. The apartment, which is projected by the Qingdao Government, is
completed in Oct. 2000, with an investment of 32 million Yuan. It covers
an area of 31399 square meters, and the total construction area is 15593
square meters. It has 400 beds, with three kinds of rooms: home-like, hotel-like
and common. In the apartment, there are facilities such as Medical Treatment,
Reading Room, Shopping Center, Computer Room, Multifunction Hall, Gym and
Playroom, etc. In the outdoors, we have tennis court, and other playgrounds.
